Job Description

At Azki Seller, we are looking for a responsible and skilled Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help us make better business and product decisions. In this role, you will work closely with Data, Product, and Business teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, measure performance, and support the development of better products and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with data team members and other teams to run data analysis projects.
  • Write and run complex queries using data analysis tools and databases.
  • Analyze data carefully to find patterns and provide practical recommendations.
  • Design and manage statistical tests to evaluate the impact of product and business changes.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to business performance.
  • Use data storytelling to clearly communicate insights to different stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
  • Strong skills in SQL and BI tools like Metabase.
  • Deep knowledge of databases like ClickHouse and MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and build practical solutions using Python and tools like GitLab.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and tools like Kafka and Airflow.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of business and product needs, and the ability to turn them into actionable insights.
