Tabdil, a cryptocurrency exchange platform, is looking for an experienced and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and supporting employee onboarding and retention initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial screening and general interviews with candidates, both by phone and in person
• Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
• Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate recruitment channels
• Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
• Communicate and collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Follow up on interview results and collect feedback from hiring managers
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and track hiring progress
• Support and participate in other HR processes and initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments
• Relevant HR courses or certifications are considered a plus
