Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex data analysis results into clear, actionable business insights and strategic recommendations to drive operational improvements.
• Design and execute experiments, such as A/B testing, to inform business decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Provide real-time data analysis and rapid solutions during urgent operational challenges, ensuring 24/7 operational resilience.
• Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
• Oversee the data flow and infrastructure necessary for effective analytics, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay current with business trends, suggesting improvements to existing systems and workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their best.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Python development, data science, software engineering, or data analytics.
• Proven experience in Python development, statistical analysis, and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, SQL, PowerBI, Docker, Redis).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Farsi and English.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to envision and execute innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. 24/7 availability to address urgent issues is essential.
