Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual interested in working in a technical telecom operations environment. The ideal candidate should be able to manage critical situations effectively and be committed to long-term professional growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Defined military service status for male applicants
  • Availability and commitment for long-term employment
  • Ability to work in shifts and participate in on-call rotations
  • Availability to work at night when required
  • Ability to remain focused and perform effectively under pressure
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency
  • Strong willingness to learn, solve problems, and collaborate with others
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and follow-through
Training and Interview Process
  • All required specialized training will be provided on the job; therefore, a strong willingness to learn is essential for this position.
  • Relevant documents and study materials will be provided before the interview to help shortlisted candidates prepare.
  • Employment terms:
  • The first three months will be a probationary period with insurance coverage.
  • Upon successful performance evaluation, a formal employment contract will be offered after the probationary period.
  • Opportunity to gain practical experience in Core PS and Back Office operations.
