Senior Business Process Excellence Specialist

Job description

We are looking for an expert to lead the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of priority processes across Snapp! Group and its Business Units; establish process transparency and ownership; deliver measurable quick wins and controlled pilots; and build a practical, standardized approach to continuous process improvement that reflects the maturity and needs of each business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, categorize, and prioritize key processes based on business and customer impact, risk, manual effort, frequency, dependencies, and improvement potential.
• Create and maintain the Group Process Inventory and ensure that priority processes are mapped to an appropriate level of detail.
• Identify process owners, key stakeholders, decision rights, controls, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead process assessments and analyze the as-is state to identify bottlenecks, rework, waste, control gaps, failure demand, and root causes.
• Design pragmatic to-be processes that reflect the maturity, operating context, and specific needs of each Business Unit.
• Model processes using BPMN and maintain clear, usable process documentation, including RACI matrices where appropriate.
• Facilitate workshops with process owners, business subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders to diagnose issues, test assumptions, and validate proposed improvements.
• Assess and prioritize improvement opportunities and maintain a Group-level improvement portfolio with clear rationale, ownership, dependencies, and status.
• Lead selected quick wins and controlled pilots from problem definition and solution design through implementation, handover, and lessons learned.
• Define the business outcomes and success criteria for improvement initiatives; collaborate with the Senior Performance & Business Systems Analyst on KPI design, data validation, baselines, and benefit measurement.
• Support change adoption and ensure that approved process changes are embedded with clear ownership, controls, documentation, and review arrangements.
• Develop and maintain Process Excellence methodologies, templates, governance practices, and standards at Group level.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Typically +5 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Management (BPM), Systems & Methods, Business Analysis, or a related field, with evidence of senior-level accountability.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional process initiatives in a complex, matrix, or multi-business environment.
• Practical proficiency in BPMN, process mapping, as-is/to-be analysis, RACI, process governance, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience taking improvement initiatives from diagnosis through pilot implementation, adoption, and results review.
• Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma; a relevant certification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, structured problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in process-modelling tools such as Visio or equivalent, together with strong Excel and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
• Experience establishing process-management or improvement practices in a new or developing function is a strong advantage.
