Front-End Intern (Remote - React / Next.js)

We are seeking a passionate and driven Front-End Intern to join our technical team for an intensive, structured 1 to 3 months remote internship. This program is designed to bridge the gap between core fundamentals and production-grade software engineering through dedicated technical mentorship, hands-on experience on live commercial products, and mastering end-to-end project delivery workflows.

Upon successful completion of the internship, top performers will transition directly into a full-time Front-End Developer position.

Requirements & Technical Stack:
Core Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of HTML5 and clean, semantic markup.
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern responsive layout principles.
Solid familiarity with Figma (Dev Mode, extracting design tokens, inspecting assets, and implementing pixel-perfect UI).
Solid foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in React.js and Next.js (routing, Client/Server Components, state management).
Version Control: Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, pull requests, resolving conflicts).

Connectivity & Remote Setup:
Stable, high-speed internet connection and an adequate workspace to ensure uninterrupted workflow, smooth Git syncs, and active participation in team syncs.
Reliable development machine capable of running modern web build tools and emulators efficiently.
English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate – ability to read and understand technical documentation, RFCs, and API references with ease.
Productivity: Effective use of modern development tools and AI coding assistants.

Bonus Points:
Familiarity with Jira (task management, sprint boards, and ticket workflows).
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, data fetching patterns, and server-state handling.

Responsibilities:
Translating Figma designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect React/Next.js components using Tailwind CSS.
Developing modular, reusable UI components aligned with the design system.
Actively updating and tracking tasks, subtasks, and progress in Jira.
Participating in daily/weekly syncs, code review sessions, and delivery planning.
Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
Collaborating closely with the technical lead to deliver production-ready features on schedule.
