We are looking for an experienced and analytical Treasury Manager to lead our treasury operations, optimize cash and liquidity management, and strengthen our financial controls. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and senior leadership to ensure the organization has the financial resources and visibility needed to support its operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positions, liquidity, and short- and long-term cash-flow forecasts
• Develop strategies to optimize working capital and the use of available funds
• Oversee banking relationships, bank accounts, facilities, guarantees, and financing arrangements
• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments and ensure the timely fulfillment of financial obligations
• Identify and manage liquidity, interest-rate, foreign-exchange, and other financial risks
• Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for senior management
• Evaluate funding requirements and support negotiations with banks and financial institutions
• Establish and improve treasury policies, controls, and approval processes
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Accounting, Financial Planning, Legal, Tax, and business teams
• Lead, develop, and evaluate treasury team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management, including team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial risk management
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with ERP, treasury management, or financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
