The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team at Digipay. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions, partner closely with hiring managers, and help us attract and hire the right talent in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers, and onboarding handover
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Conduct structured, competency-based interviews and provide clear candidate assessments
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment data and use insights to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS
• Contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline, and recruitment process improvement initiatives
• Support and guide hiring managers on effective and unbiased hiring practices

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across different functions and seniority levels
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and challenge requirements constructively
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple vacancies and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in fintech, technology, e-commerce, or other fast-growing companies is preferred
• Good command of English is an advantage
