Go Back-End Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Mid/Senior Go Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services powering our AI orchestration platform, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong backend engineering expertise, at least 3 years of professional experience, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles. You should be comfortable building scalable microservices, designing distributed systems, and developing reliable, high-performance applications using Go.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
● Build scalable microservices and distributed systems for cloud-native applications.
● Design and implement RESTful and gRPC APIs for internal and external services.
● Develop asynchronous and event-driven systems using modern messaging technologies.
● Collaborate closely with platform, infrastructure, AI, and frontend engineering teams.
● Design and optimize backend services for scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.
● Integrate backend services with databases, message brokers, and cloud infrastructure.
● Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and maintainable code.
● Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
● Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
● Collaborate to translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
● Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience.
● Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
● Solid experience with:
  - Go modules
  - Goroutines and concurrency patterns
  - Context package
  - Standard library
● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and gRPC.
● Experience building microservices and distributed systems.
● Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
● Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
● Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
● Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
● Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
● Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have
● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
● Familiarity with Kubernetes Operators and cloud-native application development.
● Experience with service meshes and API gateways.
● Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
● Experience designing event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing pipelines.
● Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms and infrastructure automation.
● Experience working on AI infrastructure, GPU orchestration, or cloud platform development.
● Understanding of networking, Linux systems, and distributed storage technologies.
