Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and highly analytical Business Analyst to join the Snapp! Store team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will dive deep into various business lines, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic recommendations through advanced visualization and data modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a data-driven and highly analytical Business Analyst to join the Snapp! Store team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You will dive deep into various business lines, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic recommendations through advanced visualization and data modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep-dive analysis on business performance and multiple business lines to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Monitor business events and fluctuations, analyze the impact of changes, and provide actionable insights for business scaling and optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated, high-impact business dashboards using industry-standard BI tools.
- Track key metrics and KPIs across different segments to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Utilize historical data to predict future business trends and assist in proactive decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise reports for stakeholders to facilitate data-informed strategies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
- Proven expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and a strong track record of designing comprehensive business dashboards.
- Experience in data tools integration and working with metadata and database structures.
- Familiarity with JQL (Jira Query Language) for efficient task and requirement tracking in Jira.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an AI-driven approach to optimizing workflows and insights.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between data and business decisions, coupled with the resilience to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Proficiency in PowerBI or advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot).
- Background or foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.
