Mission:
We are looking for a talented and responsible Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our team and contribute to the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and Data Center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, operating systems, and network devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Perform incident resolution, preventive maintenance, and root-cause analysis.
• Install, configure, rack, cable, label, and decommission server and network equipment in Data Center environments.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and technology refresh projects.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, network, operating system, and infrastructure services.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, asset records, and operational procedures.
• Follow ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, Application, and Vendor teams and provide on-call support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, System Administration, or Data Center Operations.
• Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, trunking, and ICMP.
• Good understanding of enterprise server hardware, including CPU, RAM, RAID, storage, NIC/HBA, and power systems.
• Familiarity with iLO, iDRAC, IPMI, virtualization platforms such as VMware/Hyper-V, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Data Center operations, including rack infrastructure, cabling, PDU, UPS, and physical safety standards.
• Basic scripting/automation knowledge using Bash, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Network+, RHCSA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
