Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join Technolife and lead the financial direction of our online businesses.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making across our digital business units.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and business performance
Provide financial insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
Partner with Online, Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams
Oversee financial reporting, controls, risk, tax, and compliance
Lead financing, investment analysis, and capital allocation
Support fundraising and IPO readiness initiatives
Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements
10+ years of relevant finance experience
5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, online retail, or high-growth businesses
Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Strong knowledge of cash flow, working capital, profitability, and corporate finance
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
