Sales Team Leader

• Manage and handle medical representatives.
• Report the team’s daily/weekly/monthly activities to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
• Monitor the team’s activities.
• Train the team and improve their capabilities.
• Keep in touch with medical staff.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with the company strategy.
• Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Research competitors and market conditions.
• Coordinate with key clients and internal teams (sales, service, support, customer service, marketing, and finance).
• Be fully operational in sales techniques and tools.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Full-time.
• Fast learner.
• Ability to multitask.
• Patient under pressure.
• Willing to travel within the country and internationally as needed.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
