We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, trustworthy digital experiences for our users. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to design experiences that make complex information clear, accessible, and easy to act on. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to design experiences that make complex information clear, accessible, and easy to act on. This is an opportunity to design for a domain where clarity, trust, and precision directly impact the people who rely on our product.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate as part of a close-knit product design team, contributing to shared design standards, critiques, and best practices
- Own design for key product areas — from problem framing and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
- Translate complex data and workflows into clear, digestible, and elegant user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ship features that balance user needs with business constraints
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile
- Present design rationale and outcomes clearly to stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product design, ideally within fintech, banking, brokerage or other regulated/complex data-driven domains
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, visual craft, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping for both web and mobile
- Experience designing for complex data visualization, dashboards, or data-heavy workflows is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and ability to translate insights into design decisions
- Ability to recognize and diagnose problems post-launch by analyzing usage data and user behavior, and translate those insights into design improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and leadership
- A detail-oriented mindset — comfortable balancing user experience with security and trust considerations inherent to the product
