• Align technical teams with business objectives and product strategy.
• Facilitate software development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support team growth by identifying training needs and planning for individual development.
• Actively participate in technical projects when needed, providing hands-on support.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering software projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize development processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic decision-making capabilities and ability to align teams with broader goals.
• Resource management skills, including technical, human, and time resources.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage in coding and hands-on problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in agile, collaborative environments.

Preferred/Optional Skills

• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in product teams.
• Familiarity with our tech stack (e.g., Java, MySql, Grafana, React, Laravel).
• Exposure to DevOps practices, monitoring, and scaling systems.
