Power Material Planning and Solution Engineer (Vendor)

Mission

• Support the efficient planning, scaling, and distribution of power-related materials for network operations and projects.
• Ensure the timely availability of power materials to meet operational and deployment requirements.
• Contribute to the optimization of material usage and logistics processes for the network infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the manager in the development and execution of power material planning strategies for network operations and expansions.
• Monitor inventory levels and support the supply chain management of power materials to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Analyze power material consumption patterns and prepare reports for forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with deployment and design teams to identify power material requirements and ensure alignment with project needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track deliveries and ensure the timely receipt of materials.
• Support the resolution of material supply issues and mitigate potential delays, while providing the manager with effective solutions on major power issues that impact the network.
• Maintain accurate records of power material inventory, transactions, and logistics activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of material planning and logistics processes.
• Evaluate and implement tools and systems for power material management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to power material handling and procurement.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in power material usage and logistics.
• Provide technical support in planning and managing power material requirements for specific projects or operational needs.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives by promoting efficient and responsible power material management practices.
• Provide new instruction and solutions to all local technicians through projects and operations.
• Cooperate with RAN, Transmission, and Access teams and provide onsite power requirements.
• Attend factory, product, and product line visits during power system purchases with other stakeholders and report the results to the manager.
• Provide effective solutions to cover multiple requirements of network teams.
• Update the network power system database.
• Develop new tools and technologies like AI to anticipate network power usage and address requirements on time.

Job Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or related.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing others.
• Experience working in a medium organization.
• Familiar with low-capacity outdoor power system design in the telecom field.
