Cloud Technical Content Specialist

Role Overview

At FANAP, we are looking for a Cloud Technical Content Specialist to develop and manage technical and commercial content for Cloud Services. The role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to structure and simplify complex information for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the content structure and standards for Cloud Services
• Create and manage Service Catalogs, Datasheets, technical documentation, billing information, and service introductions
• Develop and validate Architecture, Solution, Use Case, and Case Study content with technical teams
• Identify content gaps and follow up with relevant teams to complete the required information
• Standardize content from different teams based on the Brand Book and content guidelines
• Prepare Sales Enablement Materials
• Collaborate with Marketing on website, webinar, and event content
• Manage content updates and maintenance

Requirements

• Experience in technical writing, documentation, or technical content
• Strong ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
• Ability to work effectively with different technical teams
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and end-to-end execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cloud Services and infrastructure concepts such as Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security
• Familiarity with AI concepts and services
• Experience creating technical content in Cloud, Technology, or AI-related fields
