We are looking for an IT Support, Help Desk & Network Specialist to take ownership of our internal IT environment and provide day-to-day technical support to employees.
The role combines hands-on Help Desk and end-user support with internal network and infrastructure administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving user and infrastructure issues, managing user access and connectivity services, maintaining the internal network, supporting corporate telephony and IT assets, and coordinating with vendors or specialized teams when escalation is required.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented IT professional who can confidently handle both first-line/second-line user support and network/infrastructure troubleshooting, while taking ownership of incidents from initial report through to resolution.

Required QualificationsProven experience in IT Help Desk / IT Support and internal network administration.
Hands-on experience providing technical support to end users in a corporate or business environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows workstations, hardware, software, printers, email, business applications, and network connectivity.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, and structured network troubleshooting.
Practical experience with Active Directory and user/account administration.
Hands-on experience with MikroTik and familiarity with Kerio Control or pfSense for VPN and remote-access services.
Familiarity with network monitoring, firewalls, access control, and basic network security practices.
Experience troubleshooting VPN, internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other connectivity issues.
Experience working with Internet Service Providers, hardware vendors, software providers, and technical service companies.
Experience with IT onboarding, offboarding, user access management, and IT asset management.
Ability to manage multiple support requests, prioritize incidents, and follow issues through to resolution.
Strong communication and customer-service skills when working with end users.
Ability to document configurations, incidents, changes, and operational procedures clearly.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-up.
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Familiarity with backup systems and operational continuity practices.
- Experience with VoIP systems and corporate telephony.
- Experience with IT service management, ticketing, or Help Desk platforms.
- Experience creating technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
- Basic understanding of endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, and common IT security practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MikroTik, or Microsoft certifications.
