Senior Growth Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of SnappFood's business lines, business models, operational dynamics, and key performance drivers.
• Own the end-to-end performance management and growth of assigned business lines, identifying key challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze key business and financial performance indicators to evaluate the health, growth, and profitability of business lines.
• Break down complex business problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and identify the key drivers behind business performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities and initiatives based on expected impact, effort, cost, and strategic importance.
• Work cross-functionally with Business, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to turn insights into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Establish measurement frameworks, track initiative performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Business Analytics, Growth, Strategy, Product Analytics, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business performance, profitability, revenue, costs, and unit economics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify root causes.
• Ability to translate data into business insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, causal analysis, or Python/R is a plus.
