1- Prepare all required documents according to pre-qualification instructions, tenders, and communication with clients.
2- Follow the timeline and milestones for pre-qualifications and tenders.
3- Follow up on bid bond bank guarantees required for tenders (including checking issuance and release to meet form and deadline requirements).
4- Follow up on good performance or retention bank guarantees required for contracts (including checking issuance and release to meet form and deadline requirements).
5- Collect necessary data and categorize it for analysis based on pre-qualification and tender requirements.
6- Arrange meetings and coordinate the contents (internally and externally).
7- Review contract contents continuously for any required revisions or flawless execution.
8- Notify relevant departments regarding pre-qualifications, tenders, and contracts upon completion of documents.
9- Assess and identify new potential project opportunities in the form of tenders or contracts.
10- Monitor and take due action on contract milestones (e.g., performance period expiration) and amendments.
11- Compile and report annual cost history of invoicing by operation, standby, crew, and materials.
12- Obtain and hire required services from various subcontractors based on service requests.
13- Coordinate all matters for holding training courses for clients as part of commitments reflected in contracts.
14- Coordinate and arrange necessary site visits of clients for Kish, Ahwaz, or other principals and bases.
15- Check status in clients’ ACL/AVLs regularly and prepare required documentation to enter clients’ ACL/AVLs.
16- Perform any related tasks assigned.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a well-known service company.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a well-known company not related to the Oil & Gas industry.
* Full package familiarity with tender documents, especially Contract Body, Special Conditions, General Conditions, legal terms of contracts, and financial terms of tenders & contracts.
