We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing online banners, advertising campaigns, and social media content. A keen eye for detail, strong creative thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print banners for advertising, media channels, and brand campaigns
• Create engaging visual content for social media and digital platforms
• Develop visual assets aligned with the brand's visual identity and maintain consistency across all design outputs
• Collaborate closely with the UI team to ensure visual consistency and seamless integration across digital interfaces
• Design administrative materials and support the HR department's needs, including stationery, letterheads, employee cards, and other required materials
• Design banners and visual content for video walls used in events, exhibitions, and office spaces
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and other relevant teams to execute creative ideas and visual campaigns
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative visual concepts for advertising campaigns and brand activities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within project deadlines

Requirements & Skills

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Familiarity with motion graphics and related software is a priority for us
• Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the ideation, design, and visual content creation process
• Ability to translate creative ideas and briefs into high-quality visual outputs
• Strong creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
