Responsibilities:
•    Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
•    Collaborating with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives, contributing to the project's overall growth and profitability
•    Identifying and Analyzing new market opportunities and best practices for business expansion or diversification
•    Conducting research to identify customer needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
•    Generating reports to present findings and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis
•    Providing strategic recommendations based on market insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and business growth strategies
•    Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

Requirements:
•    Knowledge of e-commerce trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior
•    Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques
•    Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical analysis software
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles
•    Knowledge of Market Research Methodologies
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
•    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
•    At least a Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, other related fields
•    Education from a top university is considered a plus.
•    At least 4 years of experience as a Business Developer, Business Analyst
