About the Role:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as a bridge between partners and internal teams. You will work across different business functions to drive partnership initiatives, resolve challenges, and ensure business needs are effectively followed through.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify business opportunities and potential areas for collaboration through market and stakeholder insights.
• Lead negotiations and develop mutually beneficial partnership solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact between external partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams to resolve issues and execute initiatives.
• Follow up on internal and external requirements and ensure timely resolution of business needs.
• Support the development and expansion of strategic partnerships.
• Handle complex cross-functional challenges and drive them to resolution.
• Adapt to changing business priorities and organizational structures.
• Provide management with regular updates, insights, and recommendations on partnership performance and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, Commercial, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a good understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Experience in managing commercial centers, malls, or branches of retail/chain brands is a plus.
