About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to support Zarpin’s marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. You will work closely with different teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Coordinate with Design, Content, Performance, CRM, and Product teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Analyze key metrics such as CAC, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
• Support acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Research competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media platforms.
• Test and improve campaign ideas, messages, and mechanics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Basic data analysis and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, E-commerce, Crypto, or Investment.
• Experience with CRM, Performance Marketing, or Influencer Marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
