Senior Product Designer

At AzkiVam, we’re working to make financial services simpler, clearer, and easier to use. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex product problems and can take ownership from problem discovery to design, delivery, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Own the design process from problem discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Identify product problems and turn them into simple, useful solutions.
Design and simplify complex user flows and scenarios.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to find the right solutions.
Use data, research, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
Conduct or lead User Research and Usability Testing.
Design experiences and interfaces across web and mobile.
Contribute to the development and improvement of our Design System.
Evaluate the impact of design after launch and iterate based on user behavior and data.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Product Design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world product and problem-solving experience.
Experience solving and designing for complex products and user flows.
Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with Design Systems.
Ability to use data and research to support design decisions.
Strong UI and Visual Design skills.
Proven experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Strong ownership, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
A strong product mindset and understanding of how design impacts users, products, and business.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, Credit, Lending, Payments, or Installment Products.
Experience designing products with complex rules, constraints, and scenarios.
Familiarity with Product Analytics and the ability to use user behavior data to identify problems, validate design decisions, and improve product experiences.
