The Role

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to source, evaluate, structure, and monitor private-market investment opportunities. The role covers private equity, private credit, and real estate investments, as well as investment support for qualified private clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source companies, borrowers, sponsors, and real estate projects seeking capital.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of investment opportunities.
• Screen opportunities based on financial quality, risk, return potential, liquidity, governance, and investor suitability.
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation, credit assessment, scenario modeling, and due diligence.
• Evaluate repayment capacity, collateral, covenants, shareholder rights, exit options, and downside risks.
• Prepare investment teasers, financial models, term sheets, risk summaries, and Investment Committee memoranda.
• Coordinate legal, financial, tax, technical, and compliance reviews with external advisers.
• Prepare approved opportunities for presentation to qualified investors.
• Understand clients’ objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and investment horizons.
• Support clients in evaluating suitable private equity, private credit, and real estate opportunities.
• Monitor funded investments, financial performance, repayments, distributions, covenants, and material risks.
• Maintain complete and confidential investment, client, and transaction records.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, wealth management, or real estate investment.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and credit-analysis skills.
• Experience evaluating or executing private-market transactions.
• Understanding of term sheets, capital structures, collateral, covenants, investor rights, and transaction economics.
• Experience working with qualified or high-net-worth investors.
• Ability to prepare professional investment memoranda and present recommendations clearly.
• Strong integrity, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Professional proficiency in Persian and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• An established network among business owners, investors, financial institutions, developers, or professional advisers.
• CFA, CAIA, MBA, or another relevant professional qualification.
