About the Role: We are looking for an Office Manager to join the Facilities & Workplace team at Agah Financial Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workplace operations, managing operational teams and service providers, and monitoring service quality. You will play a key role in creating a well-organized, high-quality, and reliable workplace environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee workplace and facility services across the organization’s buildings and office spaces
Lead and develop operational teams, including floor coordinators, reception teams, and other related support teams
Monitor and continuously improve the quality of workplace services provided to employees
Manage service contractors and monitor their performance and compliance with contractual obligations
Collaborate with different departments to address operational needs and support workplace development initiatives
Manage projects related to workplace improvements, facilities, and support services
Plan and monitor the consumption and availability of supplies, equipment, and other resources required for workplace services
Ensure compliance with workplace standards related to safety, cleanliness, appearance, and service quality
Prepare management reports and provide relevant analysis and insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in facilities, operations, workplace services, support services, or a related field
Proven experience in leading and supervising operational teams
Familiarity with contractor management and service delivery processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments across the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in financial services, technology companies, or multi-site organizations
Familiarity with Facility Management principles and practices
Experience contributing to the design and improvement of operational processes
Familiarity with HSE standards and workplace service management
Experience working with request management systems or ERP platforms
