English Department Supervisor (Teens)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teens English Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as an English Supervisor in a certified/accredited language institute.
Expertise: Deep understanding of current ELT methodologies, lesson planning, and teacher evaluation techniques.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, excellent communication skills (for interacting with parents and staff), and a problem-solving mindset.
Professionalism: Proven track record of managing academic workflows and maintaining professional standards.
Job Details:
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the daily operations of the English department.
Mentoring, evaluating, and providing constructive feedback to English teachers.
Designing and implementing effective curriculum improvements.
