Senior Business Analyst - Commercial

Responsibilities:
Analyze vendor performance, marketplace trends, customer metrics, and business data to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and risks.
Own and improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Lead forecasting, capacity planning, scenario modeling, and resource optimization.
Collaborate with Data, BI, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
Automate and optimize analytical and operational processes using SQL, BI tools, Python, automation platforms, and AI.
Leverage AI tools and AI Agents to improve reporting, analysis, insight generation, and workflows.

Requirements:
+4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, Strategy, or Performance Management, preferably in marketplace, e-commerce, or tech.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis, with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
Strong experience in KPI management, forecasting, capacity planning, scenario analysis, and process improvement.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Experience in reporting and workflow automation, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Practical experience with AI tools, AI Agents, and AI-powered automation.
Knowledge of Python, ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling is a plus.
Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to own projects and influence senior stakeholders.
