We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & AI Team.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data and business, transforming complex datasets into clear insights, identifying opportunities and performance drivers, and helping business teams make better, evidence-based decisions.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond building dashboards and reporting numbers — someone who is curious about why things happen, can independently investigate complex business questions, and can translate analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Own analytical projects from business question to final insight and recommendation
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers
• Develop advanced SQL queries for data exploration, analysis, and business problem-solving
• Design and maintain meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports
• Perform root cause analysis to explain significant changes in business performance
• Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses for strategic and operational business questions
• Translate business requirements into clear analytical approaches and measurable metrics
• Develop customer, product, market, or other relevant segmentations and performance analyses
• Identify inconsistencies or potential data-quality issues and collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Audit to resolve them
• Communicate complex analytical findings through clear data storytelling and visualization
• Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and management
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to identify opportunities for forecasting, predictive modeling, recommendation, and optimization
• Contribute business context and analytical expertise to AI-driven and agentic solutions

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with complex datasets
• Strong experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of KPIs, business metrics, data visualization, and dashboard design
• Experience with exploratory analysis, segmentation, trend analysis, and root cause analysis
• Strong knowledge of descriptive and comparative statistics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to independently translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
• Strong business understanding and ability to connect data findings to business outcomes
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience working with large-scale analytical databases or Data Warehouses
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, experimentation, or A/B testing
• Exposure to Machine Learning and predictive analytics
• Experience using AI/LLM tools for analytics
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, sales, or market analytics environments
