Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, agency/brokerage contracts, vendor agreements, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Corporate & Registration Matters: Handle all corporate registration processes, including board resolutions, corporate structure changes, capital increases, and trademark/IP registrations with the Deeds and Properties Registration Organization.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor developments in e-commerce, insurance, fintech, and data privacy regulations, ensuring our platform processes and products remain fully compliant.
• Internal Advisory: Provide practical legal advice and actionable solutions to product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to minimize legal exposure while enabling business growth.
• Dispute Resolution & Litigation Management: Assess potential disputes, draft legal notices and statements, and coordinate/manage external litigation counsel when court proceedings arise.
• Governance & Policy Drafting: Develop and maintain internal legal guidelines, policies, and governance frameworks that scale alongside company growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited university. A Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Commercial, Private, or Economic Law is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant in-house or law firm experience, ideally within fintech, e-commerce, insurance, or fast-growing tech companies.
• Contractual Expertise: Deep knowledge of contract law, with a proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology agreements.
• Corporate & Registration Proficiency: Hands-on experience with the Iranian Companies Registration Office, corporate formalities, resolutions, and trademark registration procedures.
• Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Solid command of Iranian Commercial Law, E-Commerce Law, Cybercrime Law, and general familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Central Insurance of Iran / Bimeh Markazi).
• Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with internal teams and external parties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law before Iranian courts.
• Prior experience in online marketplaces, insurance platforms, or regulated industries.
• Proficiency in English for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
