Supervise and manage the activities of the sales team to achieve annual sales volume objectives for the product portfolio, while remaining within the agreed cost budget and respecting the company’s ethical guidelines.
Monitor sales activities to ensure adherence to the sales plan.
Manage inventory stock.
Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
Review operational records and communicate efficiently with other teams, such as the distribution team.
Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Coach the team behaviorally and technically.
Requirements
MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master’s degree in related Medical Science fields.
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in the aesthetic field is an advantage.
Experience in people management and team leadership is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal savvy.
Strong focus on continuous learning.
At least intermediate level of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexibility to travel across the assigned district.
