UI/UX Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Specialist to join our Product and Development teams in designing and improving a digital platform for fleet management, transportation, and logistics operations.

The project focuses on fleet management, vehicle tracking and monitoring, mobility data analysis, transportation operations, and logistics. Our goal is to deliver a professional, intuitive, and data-driven user experience for managers and operational users.

Responsibilities
Design and improve the user interface and user experience of web-based platforms and management dashboards
Create User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design data-driven management dashboards for transportation, fleet management, and logistics operations
Design and optimize new product pages and features
Translate business and product requirements into simple, intuitive, and effective user experiences
Work closely with Product, Front-end, and Back-end teams throughout the design and implementation process
Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Maintain and continuously improve the product’s Design System and visual standards
Analyze user behavior and identify UX pain points and usability issues
Provide practical recommendations to improve UX and overall product usability
Design effective ways to present large volumes of information, including maps, vehicle locations, fleet status, reports, and performance indicators
Contribute to creating and maintaining a consistent user experience across different areas of the platform
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Figma and UI/UX design tools
Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and responsive design
Experience designing management dashboards, SaaS products, or B2B platforms is a plus
Ability to design data-driven products with high operational complexity
Ability to analyze product requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of implementation constraints and requirements is a plus
Strong attention to detail, creativity, user-centered thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with Product and Development teams
Experience designing management panels and complex web-based systems is a plus
A professional Portfolio with real-world projects is required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing products in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or telematics
Experience designing complex and real-time dashboards
Familiarity with designing map-based and location-aware systems
Experience working on SaaS and B2B products
Ability to analyze and simplify user experiences for systems handling large volumes of information
