Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio companies and help scale brands and products in international markets.

Negative Five Ventures is a venture studio and investment company focused on the gaming industry. We invest in and build innovative ventures across gaming technologies, game development, publishing, and digital entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to drive growth and market expansion
• Lead digital marketing, branding, and user acquisition initiatives
• Collaborate closely with founders, product teams, and investment stakeholders
• Build and manage relationships with media partners, publishers, and industry networks
• Establish KPIs and leverage analytics dashboards to monitor performance and optimize marketing efforts
• Lead and mentor marketing teams across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles within technology, startups, gaming, or digital products
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, and performance-driven campaigns
• Experience with analytics and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Professional working proficiency in English
