As we scale our infrastructure and handle increasingly complex production workloads, we’re looking for a Software Engineer – DevOps who enjoys solving infrastructure challenges, automating everything possible, and building reliable, scalable systems that keep our platform running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure
• Own and evolve our cloud-native infrastructure and deployment architecture
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and reliable releases
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Improve system reliability, availability, performance, and security across production environments
• Build robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using Infrastructure as Code
• Work closely with backend, frontend, data, and product teams to improve engineering workflows
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and drive root-cause analysis
• Establish and improve infrastructure standards, best practices, and operational processes
• Help evolve our platform toward modern, resilient, and highly automated infrastructure

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong experience with Linux and production infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, TLS, and reverse proxies
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability
• Experience with Git-based development and deployment workflows
• Solid scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with high-availability and production-critical systems

Bonus Points

• Experience with Kafka and event-driven infrastructure
• Experience with Debezium or real-time data pipelines
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or similar observability stacks
• Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, or OpenResty
• Experience operating distributed databases and clusters
• Experience with GitOps and tools such as Argo CD
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures
• Experience designing disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies
• Experience working with high-scale production systems
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and incident management
