We are looking for a Senior Delivery Performance Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the Delivery organization. This role will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Delivery Partners to monitor performance, identify operational gaps and opportunities, build reliable reporting and dashboards, and support data-driven improvements across Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Delivery performance across orders, fulfillment, cancellations, delivery time, OTD, SLA, cost, and customer experience.
• Develop and monitor KPI frameworks, targets, and performance trends. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business and operational questions into data-driven analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reliable datasets and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Work with Product and Technology teams to define data requirements, tracking needs, and reporting improvements.
• Analyze Delivery Partner/Vendor performance and support data-driven performance reviews.
• Support forecasting and capacity analysis for demand, supply, and operational capacity.
• Automate recurring reports and analyses where possible.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders and support follow-up on action items.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Delivery performance through data, experimentation, and analytical problem-solving.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to work independently with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced Power BI and MetaBase skills, including dashboard development, data modeling, and performance reporting.
• Intermediate Python skills for data analysis, automation, and advanced problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of Delivery, Logistics, Marketplace, or Operations metrics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
