Job description:
- Research and prioritize target markets based on market potential, competition, purchasing power, distribution channels, and entry barriers.
- Identify and evaluate potential customers, distributors, agents, and business partners.
- Initiate contact, introduce the company and products, arrange meetings, and develop long-term business relationships.
- Manage leads and opportunities through a structured sales pipeline, including value, probability, next actions, and follow-up timelines.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and partnership offers, coordinating technical and commercial responses internally.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, purchase volumes, territories, exclusivity, and sales commitments.
- Manage and follow up on leads from international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monthly reports on opportunities, risks, potential distributors, and required decisions.
- Collect and communicate market, customer, and distributor feedback to the Product Manager and relevant teams in a structured, actionable format.
- Collaborate with the Scientific Marketing team on content, scientific presentations, and product training for international distributors and customers.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, MBA, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Good command of English, particularly in business communication and correspondence; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct market research, prepare analytical reports, and work effectively with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B sales, negotiation, pipeline management, and professional follow-up.
- Ability to quickly learn technical products and communicate their value in a clear and simple manner.
- Previous experience in international sales, working with distributors, export activities, or the medical equipment industry is a strong advantage, but not mandatory for highly qualified candidates.
