We are looking for a Senior Jira Administrator with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, automation, scripting, integrations, and supporting enterprise Jira environments.
The candidate should also be able to understand business requirements and implement practical and maintainable solutions using Jira and related Atlassian tools.
Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira environments
• Strong hands-on experience in Jira administration
• Strong knowledge of Jira Software and Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Advanced experience with ScriptRunner
• Good knowledge of Groovy
• Strong knowledge of Jira REST API
• Experience working with webhooks
• Ability to integrate Jira with third-party and internal systems
• Strong knowledge of JQL, including advanced queries
• Design and configuration of Jira workflows
• Familiarity with Jira Data Center
• Ability to investigate technical issues using Jira logs and system information
• Ability to document configurations, technical changes, integrations, and implemented solutions
