Job Description
Manage relationships and communications with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Follow up on licenses, permits, approvals, official correspondence, and administrative processes.
Facilitate the resolution of regulatory and administrative issues affecting the company.
Monitor relevant laws, regulations, circulars, and government directives related to logistics, transportation, customs, and rail operations.
Coordinate meetings with government authorities and follow up on agreed actions and decisions.
Prepare regular management reports on regulatory matters, pending issues, and government affairs activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, Political Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of relevant experience in Government Affairs, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar role.
Experience working with organizations such as Iran Railways, Customs, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, or other regulatory authorities is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of regulations related to transportation, logistics, customs, and rail operations.
Good command of Microsoft Office and strong reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
