Your role

What you will do

• Perform web application penetration testing based on OWASP methodology
• Discover, analyze, and document vulnerabilities using penetration testing tools
• Provide clear technical and managerial reports for different stakeholders
• Collaborate with the development team to propose remediation solutions
• Keep your knowledge up to date on vulnerabilities and emerging threats

What you need to be more effective

• Strong understanding of modern application architectures and related protocols (HTTP/2, WebSockets, JWT)
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, PHP
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nmap, Nikto, SQLMap, Metasploit
• Ability to prepare professional documentation and effective reports
