About the Role:

Collaborate with business stakeholders across various teams to deliver customized, detail-oriented dashboards and reports using both traditional and ad-hoc BI reporting tools. This role involves conducting data analysis, performing detailed database queries, and creating essential reports and dashboard solutions for business and executive operations. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the administration of the BI application platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and enhance the current BI systems using PowerBI and ClickHouse.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams to integrate systems and gather requirements.
• Design and implement a data warehouse system using the medallion architecture.
• Develop and execute complex database queries, conduct analyses, and derive insights.
• Analyze complex data sets and generate comprehensive reports.
• Create visualizations and reports for specific projects.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist.
• Develop and execute database queries and perform detailed analyses.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in writing efficient SQL queries.
• Skilled in designing, building, and deploying BI solutions, such as reporting tools.
• Ability to design Data Warehouses and troubleshoot database performance issues.
• Competent in mentoring, training, and leading junior team members, and removing obstacles to progress.
• Proficient in creating ETL pipelines using Airflow.
• Experience with DBMS systems like MySQL, ClickHouse, etc.
• Experienced in using visualization tools, especially PowerBI or similar platforms.
• Experience in programming languages, especially Python, is a bonus.
