Mission:
- To prepare, analyze, review and report Irancell financial, non-financial and operational performance to internal managers and contribute towards the development of accounting practices to ensure Irancell complies with the highest financial management principles and accuracy of financial records.
- Cross-functional collaboration on Electronic Data Warehouse Project (EDW), Business Performance, and integration of 3 financial systems (ERP, BA, and Hyperion) for cross-checking and validation.
- To interpret accounting/financial information to evaluate the financial performance of Irancell's business operations.
- To contribute to evaluating management accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
- To get non-financial information from each division and check it versus historical trends and budget and follow the discrepancies with the related divisions.
- To prepare non-financial reports monthly and check compliance of all received data from departments to be in line with each other, and submit the final report to the management.
- To prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements and reports, compare with historical actual trends, budgets, and forecasts, and analyze the variances monthly for submission to the management.
- To analyze all the expenditure and revenue reports for Irancell and report on variances against budgets and forecasts.
- To undertake financial evaluations and projections for identified projects and the whole business.
- To prepare different reports such as local shareholders requirements/reports and commentary reports (financial and non-financial) for the management on a monthly basis.
- To ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements and non-financial reports.
- To conduct data compliance checks in conjunction with the ERP team or other departments.
- To design new reports to meet the reporting requirements of the management.
- To interact with all departments to determine reporting formats and standards.
- To prepare the TSE (Tehran Stock Exchange) reports and all the requirements.
- To prepare the performance reports (financial and non-financial) for all Irancell subsidiaries and analyze the variances against their budget.
- To assist the management in defining the divisional KPIs at the beginning of the year (aligned with strategies) and measuring them every month through the Brightboard system (BDM).
- B.S. in Financial Management / Accounting or related.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with at least 2 years of working experience in a finance environment and in mainstream financial reporting.
- Experience working in a medium-sized organisation.
- Experience in working with enterprise financial systems.
- Experience in financial analysis.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is desirable.
