Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with universities, scientific/research centers, technology parks, and knowledge-based companies.
• Program Management & Execution: Design, negotiate, and oversee the implementation of specialized training courses, bootcamps, and industry-academic events.
• Analytical Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of collaborative opportunities and present actionable strategic proposals to Academy Management.
• Network Expansion: Expand and strengthen the Academy’s relations with universities, academic, research, and technology centers.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify academic potential and transform it into actionable collaborative, educational, research, and technological opportunities.
• Strategic Bridging: Act as a bridge between the Academy’s core needs and the capabilities of both industry and academia.
• Program Design & Execution: Design, plan, and drive collaborative programs—including specialized courses, bootcamps, events, and joint research projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or an MBA.
• Monetization Analysis: Ability to analyze and optimize revenue generation streams from relevant digital platforms.
• Partnership Development: Proven track record in developing and expanding industry-university collaborations.
• Ecosystem Networking: Strong professional networking skills within the technology and startup ecosystem.
• Tech-Savviness: Deep understanding and insight into emerging technologies.
• Academic Business Development: Drive business growth and opportunities through university and tech networks.
