Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and accountable Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team.

The role focuses on marketing planning and budgeting, OKR management, customer and business analysis, performance monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional growth initiatives. You will work closely with Business, Product, Growth, and other teams to support data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing planning, budgeting, target-setting, and resource allocation
• Manage and track marketing OKRs and follow up on key projects and initiatives from planning to execution
• Analyze customer and business data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Monitor key business and marketing KPIs, investigate performance drivers, and prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Business, and other cross-functional teams on growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing analysis, reporting, planning, and operational processes
• Leverage AI and analytical tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation, and planning processes

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical thinking with structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis and business modeling
• Strong project management, follow-up, and ownership skills
• Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring unclear problems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High curiosity, attention to detail, and learning agility
