Responsibilities:

·  Adhere to the Technology department’s data structures, standards, governance practices, and established best practices, ensuring consistency, quality, and maintainability across AI agent solutions.
·  Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, adapting to their ways of working and aligning with established processes and practices.
·  Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents, automations, and AI-powered internal tools.
·  Build MVPs and proof-of-concepts quickly, validate them with users and stakeholders, and iterate toward scalable production solutions.
·  Design and implement agentic workflows using concepts such as tool/function calling, RAG, context engineering, memory, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration. 

·  Build reusable agents, tools, skills, prompts, templates, and workflows that can be leveraged across different teams and use cases. 

·  Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, databases, internal systems, business tools, and workflows. 

·  Evaluate and integrate LLMs, AI APIs, agent frameworks, MCPs, third-party AI platforms, and emerging AI technologies based on business and technical requirements. 

·  Establish practical approaches for LLM evaluation, reliability, observability, security, latency, scalability, and cost optimization. 

·  Take AI solutions from idea and POC to production, including deployment, monitoring, iteration, and continuous improvement. 

·  Define and track meaningful metrics for AI initiatives, including adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, automation rate, and business impact.  

Requirement:
· At least 2 years of experience in software engineering.

· Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, automations, or AI-enabled tools beyond basic chatbot usage. 

· Strong programming experience with at least one of Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Go. 

· Familiarity with APIs, databases, SQL, data structures, ETL/data workflows, and software integration. 

· Practical understanding of:

• LLMs and Prompt Engineering

· Experience with one or more AI/agent frameworks or equivalent technologies, such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Mastra, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar. 

· Experience integrating AI with business processes, internal tools, APIs, databases, or existing software systems. 

· Ability to take an ambiguous problem from problem definition → solution design → prototype → implementation → production → measurement. 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand both technical constraints and business requirements. 

· Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts and AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
