The Role:

The Business Workflow Analyst is a hands-on role within Snappfood's newly established AI Transformation department, sitting at the intersection of business, process, data, and AI. This role focuses on facilitating the redesign of manual and repetitive processes into scalable, AI-enabled workflows while contributing to foundational governance standards that support the safe, transparent, and effective adoption of AI across the organization. You will work closely with the AI Transformation, Technology, Systems & Methods, and Data teams, as well as process owners across business units, to identify opportunities, redesign workflows, and support the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with process owners across Snappfood's business units to identify manual, repetitive, and process-intensive activities suitable for AI-enabled automation.
• Map and analyze current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and contribute to designing improved future-state workflows.
• Design, prototype, test, and iterate AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and automation solutions based on defined business requirements.
• Collaborate with the Technology and Systems & Methods teams to identify suitable processes and support AI-enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Data teams to identify the data requirements, dependencies, and constraints needed to support reliable AI-enabled workflows.
• Build reusable workflow templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support consistent and scalable AI adoption across teams.
• Contribute to foundational AI governance practices, including output quality, workflow documentation, traceability, and transparency.
• Evaluate and pilot AI tools and automation platforms, including LLM-based solutions, based on business needs and workflow requirements.
• Help define and track KPIs to measure workflow adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements, and business impact.
• Act as a liaison between technical, data, and process teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating business challenges and requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Support business teams in adopting new AI-enabled tools and workflows by providing documentation, guidance, and implementation support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in areas such as business process analysis, process improvement, technology, automation, data, AI, digital transformation, or related fields.
• A technical background combined with a strong interest in business processes, operations, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into clear and structured workflows.
• Understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, or process improvement concepts.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or similar), along with the ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured workflow logic; familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and low-code/no-code automation concepts is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
