IT help Desk - male - آقا

A multinational company active in 120 countries is looking for experienced and talented IT for its Tehran office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Help Desk.
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first in, first out based on priority.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation.
• Document internal procedures.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Maintain inventory of all hardware equipment, software, and software licenses.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software.
• Linux administration and virtualization knowledge will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• English fluency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Linux/Unix background.
