About the Role

The mission of the Telesales Supervisor is to drive the successful sale of car insurance policies through effective outbound and inbound phone calls. This role exists to lead and support a high-performing telesales team that converts leads into customers by delivering persuasive, informative, and trust-building conversations. The supervisor ensures the team is consistently meeting call and conversion targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the telesales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets for car insurance policies.
• Monitor call quality and sales performance to ensure high standards of professionalism and effectiveness in all customer interactions.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to team members to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
