At Ava Tejarat Saba (Modalal Group), we are looking for a BI Developer who can design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards, providing accurate, timely, and reliable insights into the organization’s operational and financial performance to support management decision-making.
This role plays an important part in establishing and structuring a data-driven system to enhance reporting and managerial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain daily and weekly reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collect, consolidate, clean, and prepare data from various organizational sources, including sales, production, finance, and procurement.
• Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure data accuracy and the accurate representation of operational and financial performance in reports.
• Regularly update dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with management reporting requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of reports and information.
• Prepare and provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management and department heads.
• Document and maintain a structured and standardized approach to organizing, storing, and naming data, reports, and dashboards to support long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Identify and follow up on data discrepancies or quality issues, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues in using reports and dashboards.
Technical Qualifications and Competencies:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and effective data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SSAS, SSIS, SQL, T-SQL, and DAX.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Good understanding of data management principles, reporting, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power Query or automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with business principles such as Sales and Finance.
• Ability to collect, integrate, and prepare data from multiple sources.
