Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Specialist who will take ownership of product quality and help ensure reliable releases of our AI-powered platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating test scenarios, performing manual testing, managing regression testing, identifying quality risks, and ensuring that issues are properly tracked and resolved before release.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to improve testing processes and ensure a high-quality product experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Execution
• Create and maintain test cases based on product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and product improvements
• Execute regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain stable after changes
• Update test cases when new features or product changes are introduced
• Identify edge cases and unexpected behaviors beyond defined scenarios

Bug Management & Quality Assurance
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear and detailed information
• Follow up on reported issues until they are properly resolved
• Analyze bugs to understand root causes and identify recurring patterns
• Provide clear bug reports including reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, and relevant details
• Highlight critical issues and quality risks during release cycles

Development Process Collaboration
• Review requirements and identify missing scenarios, edge cases, and potential quality risks
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to improve product quality
• Follow up with developers to ensure required API tests and automated tests are created and maintained when needed
• Participate in Agile development processes

Quality Improvement & Ownership
• Contribute to improving QA workflows and testing processes
• Support the adoption of automated regression testing
• Maintain and improve test coverage as new features are introduced
• Use AI tools to improve test case creation, test execution, and overall testing efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing
• Experience in creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
• Experience working with Jira and bug/task management workflows
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to identify root causes, understand complex issues, and recognize recurring patterns
• Ability to write clear and structured bug reports
• Strong ownership and follow-up skills to ensure issues are resolved
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
• Experience with automated testing processes, especially using Playwright
• Experience using AI tools to improve test case creation, test review, and testing efficiency
